The guy who cut my hair was very helpful and did a good job. Plus he actually studied my face shape and such to see what sort of cut would look best on me. I said I was thinking about short hair but was not sure on how it would look since I have a round face shape. He was totally honest and basically said that my face would look even more round and such. So I got what's known as "Bettie Bangs" plus he layered my hair. He absolutely loved my purple hair too. So, I found this tiny little salon down the street from my boyfriend's apartment. I decided to pop in and ask for a trim, and I'm sooo glad I did! London is AWESOME!!! London took the time to really "get to know" my hair. Did an actual trim, NOT cut it all off. He also gave me helpful hints and instead of indulging in my idea to go black, he told me I'd look "hard" and I didn't have the complexion for it. Not only is London a great hair stylist, he's honest. London is a perfectionist and set the bar for others in their profession. I plan on going back soon for some color and a haircut! This is a great little salon and cozy too! I have a grandson in the acting business and sometimes at last minute the director or casting director will want my grandson's hair cut! Crazy business! However, I really like that the salon staff is so accommodating and very friendly that I have no trouble in making an appointment! London does a great job on Christian's (my grandson's) hair and when I bring in a photo of what the director wants, London works his magic! My daughter and I are so pleased with London's work that we don't trust no other to mess with Christian's hair! London works wonders! I came into this salon with bleach blonde hair and asked him to make it a natural red brown. He took time to think about what he would have to use since red fades fast and it fades even faster over bleached hair. At first, the color was vibrant maroon in the sunlight, but London insisted it would fade to the color I wanted. Sure enough, after about a week the color was PERFECT! And it still is a month later.
